Dr. Mugemangango is an experienced Emergency Medicine and Critical Care specialist with over four years of clinical, academic, research and leadership experience within Rwanda's health system. He is a WHO/ICRC Basic Emergency Care (BEC) Master Trainer and Country Focal Person, with a keen interest in clinical artificial intelligence applications including AI-assisted diagnostics, clinical decision support systems, and triage optimisation.
Munyambaraga is an epidemiologist, public health scientist, and data analyst with extensive experience in research design, data analysis, and scientific communication. He manages and coordinates research programmes, ensuring that studies generate actionable evidence to inform health policies, interventions, and community programmes.
Placide is an epidemiologist and public health specialist with expertise in project and research management. He oversees programme operations, logistics, and project implementation, ensuring that all initiatives run smoothly, efficiently, and meet their objectives.
